Terms and Conditions of Service of Exhale, LLC

Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before signing up for any services at our studio.  Your use of this site and purchasing any of our services either on this site, in our studio or on the Fit by Wix app will be subject to these terms and conditions which are subject to change at the discretion of Exhale, LLC.

 

Yoga Classes and Workshops

General:

  • Every effort is made to hold classes on time.  The schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.  Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date information.  Exhale is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled for any reason.  Teachers are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made at the time or booking or prior to the start of the booked class or event. 

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. We understand things happen and we want to accommodate busy schedules and life as much as possible without interfering with other’s experience.  The door will be locked for safety reasons at the beginning of class.

  • Each person is required to complete an online Yoga Form or a New Client Contact Form prior to their first class.

  • Classes at Exhale Lake Oconee yoga studio may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury.  In attending classes, you agree that neither you, your heirs, or legal representatives will make any claims against Exhale, LLC or its members or staff for any personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 

  • All personal belongings brought into the Exhale studio are at the clients own risk, the company does not accept any liability for loss or damage of such items.

  • Exhale, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, cancel a membership or block access to our website.

 

Memberships and Subscriptions:

  • All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable

  • All class packages and memberships are non-transferrable

  • Memberships/Packages begin on the date set by the purchaser and are valid for the timeframe listed in the pricing plans

  • Premium Monthly plans, unless canceled, will automatically renew on a monthly basis.  It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel their monthly auto pay. It can be canceled through the website (exhalelakeoconee.com), Fit by Wix app or send an email to Exhale, LLC at exhalelakeoconee@gmail.com a minimum of 15 days prior to the automatic renewal. No refunds will be issued to automatic renewals after the transaction has been completed.

  • Premium Monthly and Premium Annual plans can be suspended two (2) times per year for a total of three (3) months.  Clients should send an email to Exhale, LLC at exhalelakeoconee@gmail.com to request a suspension of their subscription.  Once reactivated, it will resume at the price previously paid and the length of time suspended will be added onto the end of the plan expiration.

  • Five (5) Class packages are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.

  • Ten (10) Class packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. 

  • One Month Single Pay plan expires one month from the date of purchase. 

  • Premium Month plan expires one month from the auto renewal date. 

  • Premium Annual plans expire 365 days from the date activated.

  • Class passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date and no refunds will be given for unused classes.

 

Cancellations:

  • Class cancellations can be made via the Fit by Wix app.

  • If you book a class, fail to appear and have a prepaid pricing plan, you will be removed from the class without a charge against your plan. 

  • If you pay online for a single class and do not attend, no refund will be issued.

Bodywork

General:

All personal information held by Exhale, LLC is treated as private and confidential.  It is used solely by Exhale, LLC and will not be disclosed to other parties.  The client understands that the bodyworker may refuse to undertake bodywork should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the bodyworker.  Each person reacts differently to the bodywork and in no case does Renee Brown or Exhale, LLC guarantee any particular outcome from a bodywork session. Exhale reserves the right to refuse or terminate bodywork to any client, at their own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer bodywork.  In this instance, full payment is still required and no refund will be given.  

Examples of when this may occur include:

  • If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;

  • If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;

  • If the client's actions, words or behavior are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;

  • If the client is threatening, aggressive, or violent, or in any way poses a risk to the bodyworker.

Disclaimer and Important Safety Notice:​

It is YOUR responsibility to consult a physician about any health concerns.  Renee Brown and Exhale, LLC does not diagnose or treat any clients for any medical conditions.  It is YOUR responsibility to communicate any concerns or pain with the bodyworker.

 

Exhale, LLC reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any changes will be posted on the website.  Your continued use of our studio, website and app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
