This one-hour session is a focused, intentional journey into energetic balance and restoration. After a brief check-in, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while immersed in healing sound frequencies from Native American drum, rattles, crystal and Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and gong. Throughout the session, I channel Usui and Karuna Reiki energy, infusing each vibration with the intention to clear blockages, realign your energy field, and restore harmony. Perfect for stress relief, grounding, and subtle energetic tune-ups.
