The intention is to create a welcoming space to connect, and release through the power of Breathwork to reach higher levels of calm, clarity, connection and creativity. Lying in a comfortable position you will be guided through a 60 minute private session of breathing meditation. This is a great opportunity to release and recharge. No experience is needed.
