Service Description

A 60 minute vinyasa style practice synchronizing movement and breath as you flow through a sequence of asanas to build strength and endurance, increase flexibility and center your mind.  This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Instructions will include modifications to adjust level as well as careful cues for safe alignment. This is a well rounded yoga class that will leave you feeling strong, centered and stretched!!
