Join Renee for a deeply calming 90-minute Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath designed to help your body unwind, your mind soften, and your nervous system fully reset.
Freshly returned from England, Renee brings a grounded, peaceful energy into this experience—inviting you into stillness, presence, and deep restoration.
You’ll be guided into fully supported restorative postures using props, allowing the body to completely relax while layers of healing sound gently surround you. This immersive experience includes crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and gong—each offering subtle vibration to calm the mind and settle the body.
Throughout the session, gentle hands-on support may be offered, including light head massage and subtle energy work, creating a deeply nurturing and personalized experience.
