Each day will begin with a guided sunrise meditation followed by an active yoga practice to move our bodies and awaken the senses.

You will then have plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, waterfalls, get a spa treatment, take an excursion or simply relax by the beautiful infinity pool.

In the afternoons we’ll drop into a gentle, restorative/yin type class. Enjoy ocean and jungle views as you leave the cold weather behind and immerse yourself into the culture of Costa Rica.

The Villa was formally a boutique hotel with recent change of ownership and management changed the Property to an exclusive Private Villa. Villa Ambiente takes the phrase 'postcards from paradise' to an entirely new level. Featuring eight fully-equipped bedrooms, a breathtaking infinity pool that overlooks the mighty Pacific Ocean and more first-rate appliances than a Home Depot catalog, Villa Ambiente is a top-of-the-line vacation  nestled in the lush green hills of Dominicalito, Costa Rica.    Those who visit say it’s like having your own mini resort within a completely private estate. This is outdoor living at its finest. A short 8-minute drive from the seashore into tropical jungle, Villa Ambiente's immaculate living area spans more than 7,000-square feet and includes a large villa, split-level pool deck in a five hectares estate of pristine forest. Wireless Internet runs throughout the house.

As soon as your entourage enters Villa Ambiente's pristine gates, navigating its paved driveway lined with wispy palm trees and old-fashion street lights, you'll know you're all in for something truly special. Open the front door and your vacation dreams quickly become a reality. A beautiful, natural-light garden and flowing water fountain greet visitors on arrival. There are four private bedrooms adjacent to the first-floor garden, two on the left and two on the right. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, television, bathroom, secure safety box and private patio.    Past the garden is a grand entertaining room complete with soft-to-the-touch sofas, love seats and tables. An immaculate wine bar is nestled on the right side of the room, the perfect place to unwind with a glass of chardonnay after a long day under the Central American sun. About that sun: you'll have plenty of time to catch rays out at the 40-foot infinity pool, which is second to none in terms of location and looks. And don't even think about packing towels on this trip. We have you covered from the moment you arrive to the second you say 'adios!'     The pool is lined with layout chairs and tables, and a barbecue is always on standby to crank out some local fish. There's also an outdoor shower and changing room nearby. On the west side of the pool deck, the side that's closest to the ocean, sits an outdoor tiki bar that easily seats a half-dozen guest. If you ever wanted to pretend you were Tom Cruise in 'Cocktail,' mixing drinks behind your back and tossing tequila in the air, this is the premier spot to work on your libation-making skills.

The kitchen, also located on the first floor adjacent to the wine bar, is completely up to date with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, a wine cooler and dishwasher.

While most of the action takes place on the first floor, there are four additional bedrooms on the second floor. Each of these rooms features a king bed, balcony, television, safe security box, air conditioning and bathroom.    Above all that, on the third floor, is a small lookout area good for gazing into the nearby jungle. Grab some binoculars and go up there because you never know; you might just see a family of white-faced monkeys or a couple of Parrots out there.

Villa Ambiente Covid Health & Safety Protocols:

(Updated April 1, 2022)  The temporary immigration measures for entering Costa Rica - put in place due to the Covid 19 pandemic - are repealed.  Costa Rica maintains the requirement for the mandatory use of masks, the protocol for hand washing and taking temperatures, as well as compliance with health protocols for each tourist activity.
