Open Heart Restorative Flow with Renee

A Special Valentine Open Heart nurturing class which may involve pranayama (breathing practices), tapping, therapeutic balls, gentle flows and restorative poses to open up the meridians, flush the lymphatic system, and balance the parasympathetic nervous system. *All levels welcome

The class is free of charge.  This month we are sending support to the Circle of Love Center in Greensboro, GA.  Attendees are requested to give a monetary donation or bring items on the center's wish list (https://colinc.org/wish-list/) to the studio the day of the event.
