About the event

During New Moon manifestation yoga:

Crystal will start with a guided meditation to set our intention to manifest during our yoga flow.

Then we will begin a sequence of Moon Salutations created to bring you energetically closer to the vibration of your manifestations.  Once we complete our yoga flow, we will wind down with a group reading, Restorative Yoga and head massage with essential oils, and card readings (optional).
