About the event

This workshop will be a day filled with a variety of yoga, meditation, tai chi, and more.  Full day participants will also be provided lunch.  You can also choose to attend a single class by purchasing a single ticket at checkout.  

Workshop Schedule

9am Light Breakfast and Welcome

9:15-9:55 am Meditation Class with Breath Work

10:00-10:55am Gentle Yoga

11:00-11:40am Group Hypnosis & Guided Meditation

12:00-1:00pm Lunch provided for full day participants

1:00-1:55pm Basics of Yang Style Tai Chi

2:00-2:45pm Tea Ceremony

3:00-4:00pm Basics of Reiki

4:00-5:00pm Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
