Join us for our 2nd Annual Big Canoe Fall Retreat. Experience the transformative and healing power Yoga, Breath-work, Meditation Nature, Setting clear intentions, Tapping, Thai Bodywork Self-care and Massage with certified E-RYT 500 Yoga instructor, Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Advanced Thai Bodyworker Renee Brown and E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor and Fun Loving Motivational Speaker Shani Allen. This joyful retreat is designed to help you explore and awaken to your full potential and learn to be in the present moment. Release tension and stress as you learn to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation that will rejuvenate your body, open your heart, calm your mind and speak to your soul.

Fall is a time of letting go and listening to your body and heart. Join us for a weekend of letting go of obligations and stress and bringing in joy, relaxation and love. The mountain retreat is absolutely beautiful and you are welcome to join in all of our activities or none. There are beautiful hiking trails if you need alone time. This is your time away to do whatever you need to heal and restore your body, mind and spirit.
Come and deepen your yoga practice in the serenity of the beautiful Jasper mountains this Fall.
Experience the harmonising effects of Gentle flow, Deep Stretch, Yin and restorative yoga for awakening and restoring the senses and explore mindful living through meditation and breathwork. Connect with nature through hiking and enjoy delicious meals as you make new friends , learn new Thai and tapping techniques for self-care plus many more surprises. Most of all, emerge refreshed, and ready for all that awaits you.
This weekend is appropriate for participants of all levels—beginners are welcome. Yoga is for everyBody.
Need 8 participants maximum of 10. 150 non-refundable deposit holds your room. If we cancel the retreat for any reason you will get your money back.
Big Canoe is 8,000 acre gated community in the hardwood forest of Blue Ridge Mountains with over 24 miles of maintained hiking trails abundant in wildlife. Our house is 5,950 sq ft 6 Bedroom/5 Bath house with views.

8-9pm Stretch and Pajama Yoga Nidra with Shani and Renee
Breakfast at the house
Optional Morning Walk/Hike
10-11:30am Breath-work, Tapping, Yoga with Shani
12-1pm Lunch (Intuitive eating) Question for discussion and journaling)
Free Time after Lunch (Can work on your vision board, schedule a massage, journal or whatever you want)
5 pm Thai Bodywork Self care practices for the Fall
6:30 Dinner (Intuitive Eating) Question for discussion and journaling)
8:00 pm Restorative with Meditation
7am Sunrise Yoga with Shani
8am Breakfast and Pack up the car
9am Closing Circle
