Breath Work for Busy Minds
Looking to bring some calm and relaxation into your day?
Service Description
In a welcoming space we'll gather to connect and release through the power of the breath to reach higher levels of calm, body nourishment and mental peace. The first portion of the evening will be a group check in, introduction to the breath work and setting up your mat for the practice. Then we’ll go into a 25-minute breathing meditation. You will lie in a comfortable position (wear comfortable clothes) and you will be guided through this experience. Following the meditation we’ll regroup for questions and group shares. This is a great opportunity to release and recharge. No experience is needed.
